Measurement of components

At our location in Upper Austria, we offer precision measurements of components manufactured on machines (milling machines, lathes, etc.) in our in-house measuring laboratory or on your premises.   

With our know-how and state-of-the-art measuring equipment, we help our customers reach their quality goals.

Description of services

Before a component is manufactured, it is constructed, whereby certain distances and conditions are recorded and represented in drawings.

We use a stationary coordinate measuring technology to inspect roundness, flatness, parallelism, etc. and pass the detailed measurement reports on to our customers. 

Service portfolio:

  • Measurement of the surface roughness of components
  • Measurement of contours
  • Stationary measurement of components in an air-conditioned measuring room of quality class 3 with a Wenzel measuring machine
  • Mobile measurement by surveying and scanning with a Faro measuring arm
