Project description:
The project includes the construction of the Sydney Metro from Chatswood to Sydenham. This 15.5 km section consists almost entirely of underground railway tunnels – including under Sydney Harbour – and new stations at Crows Nest, Victoria Cross, Barangaroo, Martin Place, Pitt Street and Waterloo, as well as new underground platforms at Central. The twin-track tunnel was excavated using 5 TBMs.

GEODATA services:
Our JV company GEODATA KODA Australia Pty Ltd. was commissioned with the supervision of more than 10 automatic 3D monitoring systems, vibration measurements, geotechnical measurements and over 25 kilometres of track surveying. Our KRONOS software package was used as the central information platform.
